Initial Examination

You will need to allow approximately 1 1/2 hours for your initial exam. Dr. Strauman starts by taking a thorough health history to have a complete understanding of your total health picture.

An examination is then performed which includes orthopedic, neurological & chiropractic evaluations, postural exam, range of motion exam and evaluation for presence of scoliosis.

X-rays may be taken, if appropriate for the condition.

A follow up appointment is then scheduled for a report of findings with the doctor. At this time, the doctor will make his recommendations for treatment.
